Fee Structure
Our residential property sales brokerage fee is based on the Estate Agency Affairs Board guidelines and is currently calculated at a rate of 7,5% of the purchase price, we also have a variable and fixed fee structured which is negotiated and agreed to with our clients. We have a network of property lawyers and conveyancers who provide efficient in-house efficient property legal; advice and speedy property transfer services.
